PQC Organizational Excellence Training

The Philippine Quality Challenge (PQC) is an assessment, consultancy services, and recognition program under the wing of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) program. It uses a framework that is aimed to assist private organizations in the country most especially Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Public Sector (LGUs) in starting off their journey to performance excellence and become competitive following the framework of the PQA.

The PQC provides local companies with an integrated approach to managing the organization’s business processes and system by using a simplified version of the PQA criteria – outlining the basic item requirements for each criteria category.  Organizations that adopt the criteria and go through the assessment process benchmark its own management systems and practices against the criteria requirements of an internationally recognized business excellence framework.

The Organizational Excellence Training is a two-day training course which is designed to enable organizations to understand and appreciate the value of the PQC – its requirements, processes, relevance and benefits to the organization. It will also be an excellent opportunity to learn how to prepare the PQC Organizational Profile and Self-Assessment Form using the available instruments for this purpose.

This live-out training has a participation fee of Php 2,000.00 per head which will cover training materials and meals for two days.  For details and confirmation, call (02) 890.4889 or (02) 890.4861 and Look for Ms. Anne Maturan or E-mail: pqc.org.ph@gmail.com.
